• Notifications: To send you reminders and alerts to do pushups and exercise
• Camera: To track push ups
• Apple Health Data: To count the numbers of steps the user has done

Your screen time information is:

• Analyzed to provide usage insights
• Used to generate usage reports and trends
• Stored locally on your device
• Not shared with third parties
• Not transmitted to our servers

3. Data Collection and Usage

3.1 Data Not Linked to Your Identity

The following data may be collected but is not linked to your identity:

• Usage data
• Product interaction: how you interact with app features and functionality
• Anonymous analytics data for app improvement

Product interaction data is collected and used solely for:

• App functionality (authenticating users, enabling features, preventing fraud, implementing security measures)
• Ensuring server uptime and app performance
• Minimizing app crashes
• Improving scalability and performance
• Providing customer support
• Understanding how features are used to improve the app

3.2 Third-Party Services

Disconnect uses the following third-party service to enable optional features and securely store user-submitted data:

Supabase (Authentication & Data Storage):

• Used for optional user sign-up to access non-essential features (e.g., leaderboards)
• Stores user-provided information: full name, email address, and number of pushups done
• No data is collected unless the user chooses to sign up and is stored locally until the user signs up
• All data is stored securely and is not shared or sold
• Used solely to provide leaderboard functionality and enhance user experience

Your core screen time data remains:

• Locally on your device
• Without external data transmission
• Completely private and secure

4. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Delete all local data by uninstalling the app
• Delete your account and data associated with it that is stored in Disconnect's database in the settings of the app
• Control app permissions through device settings

5. Data Retention

• Local app data remains until you uninstall the app

6. Changes to Privacy Policy

We will notify users of any material changes to this privacy policy through the app or via email.
